7 Daughters of Thyadosya (Reading)

Season 1 - Eztah

Saturday March 18, 2023

About The Project

This project is a monthly PAID table read of scripts written by Chicago native screenwriter Kevin Moore. Some projects will be feature length screenplays. Others will be a series of shorts. All characters in the screenplay are not represented in the audition, as there are only a few pages taken from the full script.

The monthly reads will continue until the end of 2023. The objective is to work with different actors/actresses on a deeper level than a simple audition so that when we cast for film/video productions in 2024, we will have built working relationships with a network of known talent to choose from.

What To Expect?

  • Professionalism, we give it, we expect it.
  • All actors are paid for reading with us and we provide food/refreshments.
  • Venues we choose will always be professional, safe, and clean.
  • You are required to sign a talent release form and provide a photo ID (driver's license, state ID, school ID) upon arrival. You can read the release form below.
  • You are required to provide proof of your COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival. No exceptions.

Episode 1: The Lure

In the Winter of 2336, almost a century after the immortal population is integrated into society, a highly gifted and immortal FBI Profiler, Ranah Locke, is awakened by international service agents in the middle of the night, and escorted to a black site, only to discover that she is being commissioned to serve by assisting in the hunt and neutralization of Veronica Kydd, a rogue immortal operative trained to serve The International Enforcement Agency (IEA).

Kydd has now been deemed the most dangerous serial killer ever known to the world and is too evasive and skilled to be stopped by any conventional means. Only someone equal and like-minded can stop her, another gifted immortal like Ranah. This is the story of two young women playing a deadly and fast paced game of “catch me if you dare”. Although it is often difficult to determine who’s chasing and who’s running.
